Leading With Emotional Intelligence
The Leading with Emotional Intelligence course is a full-day immersive experience for professionals to learn, practice, and apply specific techniques to develop their leadership skills and emotional intelligence (EQ). Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of their soft skills and those of their peers, which ultimately leads to impacting and improving their self-perception, communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and stress management skills.
Course Features
The course will include a personalized EQ assessment and report for participants to understand their strengths and areas for development before addressing their skills in a group and cooperative setting.
The four parts of the workshop facilitated over the full day will focus on:
leadership implications of EQ;
the 15 competencies of the EQ-i 2.0® model, the world’s leading emotional intelligence assessment tool developed by MHS (Multi-Health Systems);
enhancing your own EQ competencies; and
tips on how to apply and integrate these concepts in your work.
This course and all materials will be provided in English only. However, assessments can be administered and delivered in French and Lauren is fully bilingual.
Pricing
Lauren will develop a proposal based on the needs and size of your group. However, Lauren’s prices are extremely competitive as she continues to build her practice. Please note that no more than 20 participants are recommended per group, as this course involves interactive exercises and small-group discussions that do not suit larger groups.
